Returns & Refunds Policy – On Site Tactical

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? Contact us to arrange an exchange.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
